This Privacy Policy explains what data 8FLX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed).
• Wellness data you provide: weight, goals, check-ins, recipes, preferences.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store your customer ID and subscription status, never your full card number.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate the Service (IP, device, timestamps).

How we use it

• To operate and personalize the app.
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, reminders you've opted into).
• To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with the providers required to run 8FLX (e.g. Stripe for payments, our email provider, our database host), under contracts that limit their use of your data.

Your choices

• Update your profile or delete your account from settings.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data: privacy@8flx.com.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for legal, billing, and security purposes.

Children

8FLX is not intended for users under 16.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We use standard safeguards required by law.
