1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use 8FLX. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Wellness, not medical advice

8FLX is a wellness organization tool. Content, reminders, and recommendations are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to diet, exercise, or medication.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are available via a paid subscription. Pricing, trial length, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of recipes, photos, and other content you upload. You grant 8FLX a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Recipes submitted by users will remain on the 8FLX platform unless manually deleted by the user or removed by an administrator, with or without notice. Users must delete any recipes they wish to remove prior to canceling or deleting their account, as account deletion does not automatically remove submitted content.

7. Security and inherent risks

Users should only submit or share content and information they are comfortable making publicly available. While 8FLX takes reasonable measures to help protect user data and content, no website, application, or online platform can guarantee complete security against hackers, malicious actors, unauthorized access, data breaches, or other cybersecurity incidents. By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8FLX disclaims all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

8FLX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
