Free trial

8FLX Premium starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

How to cancel

• Open the 8FLX app.
• Go to Profile → Manage subscription.
• Select Cancel subscription.

You can cancel any time before your trial or current billing period ends. Your Premium access remains until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@8flx.com within 30 days.

Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the price in effect at the time of renewal. We will send a reminder email before each renewal where required by law.

Account deletion

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and personal data, email privacy@8flx.com.

User-submitted recipes

Recipes submitted by users will remain on the 8FLX platform unless manually deleted by the user or removed by an administrator, with or without notice. Users must delete any recipes they wish to remove prior to canceling or deleting their account, as account deletion does not automatically remove submitted content.
